Dear Medway Security Centre Just a short note to express my very sincere thanks to you for your time in resolving a problem with my Ford Galaxy, something which other garages had failed to Achieve. When I first explained the problem with my car to your company, you gave me a set price based on what you believed to be the resolution. After spending more than you expected on parts and many more hours than had been initially realised, you still only charged me the original (and very reasonable at that) price for the work . It is encouraging to know that there are genuine companies around like yourselves who are not hell bent on ripping-off customers. Dear Medway Security Centre I want to express my sincere gratitude to your staff, on a trip back from London last week I arrived at my Ford Focus and discovered my car keys where missing from my bag. After many phone calls and information from the dealer the price was adding up considerably let alone the fact I was getting very cold. A friend of mine then recommended you to me and after a short phone call, I had one of your engineers arrive at my car. The engineer was extremley polite and very professional, within an hour I had a new set of Keys. I was over the moon and to add the icing on the cake it was over £120 cheaper than I had been quoted by other places and didn't even need to tow the car anywhere. So again I wish to thank your company for your time and patience with me and especially a big thank you to your engineer who tried very hard to answer my million and one questions whilst working on my car.
